As Chief Growth Officer, Phil Dolan leads Marketing, Sales, and Valer’s relationships with partners and payers. Phil and his team are committed to improving the quality, speed, and cost of patient care in the U.S.. 

Before joining Valer in 2023, Phil was Chief Growth Officer at Personify, a provider of association management software. Personify acquired Phil’s previous company, MemberClicks, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to MemberClicks, Phil served as Chief Marketing Officer at Waystar for eleven years. Phil spent the previous nineteen years in progressive marketing and sales roles at Colgate-Palmolive, Heineken, The Coca-Cola Company, and Merial. Phil earned his undergraduate degree from Connecticut College with a double major in Economics and English. 

Phil lives in Atlanta with his wife and dog, and is the proud father of two daughters. Phil loves watching sports, playing anything with a racquet, and would snowboard or golf every day if he could.
