Sites of Care is a preferred facility or location for the providing of a service; also see re-direct; an example is where a service is denied or changed to a different in-network, preferred facility; common examples are redirecting facility from a hospital setting to an ambulatory diagnostic imaging center or ambulatory surgery center.
